CREATINE ETHYL ESTER is one of the youngest creatine forms. Studies illustrate 30 - 40 times higher usability. In comparison with the common creatine is achieved a comparable effect with the half dosage.
It is the youngest creatine forms. It is a compound of creatine and ester or esterified creatine. The great advantage of these compounds is their very good stability and excellent usability, because of the esterification they are soluble in fats (and thus in the lymph). Their transport into cells is far more efficient than previous forms.
Compared to common creatine monohydrate is achieved a comparable effect with the half dosage, moreover without the risk of excessive water retention and body stiffness.
Creatine Ethyl Ester is enriched with alpha-lipoic acid (ALA). ALA is coenzyme to number of body reactions. It participates especially at glucose transformation to ATP (this process takes place in cells in so called mitochondria). If is a sufficient amount of ALA in blood, increases cells sensitivity to insulin. And insulin is the most powerful anabolic human body hormone. Moreover ALA is very strong antioxidant.
Intended for: sportsmen, who wants increase their muscle strength and amount of lean muscle mass. Ideal for speed-strength sports such as hockey, martial arts, etc.
RECOMMENDATION: For increase muscle strength and for muscle mass growth: 3 - 6 capsules 45 min before the training. For speed up regeneration and for muscle mass recovery: 3 - 6 capsules after the performance. Maximum 6 capsules daily. Dose regularly for 4 weeks, then include break at least for 4 - 6 weeks. Always use in combination with carbohydrates (eg. together with gainer ensures better utilization and efficiency).
