Food supplement of creatine, amino acids and plant extracts with vitamins and sweeteners in powder.
Olimp Redweiler is a food supplement indicated for athletes who practice intense physical activity, to supplement the diet of athletes with substances with a physiological effect. The B vitamins (niacin, B1 and B6) promote energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The extracts of black pepper and cayenne pepper promote digestive function, and in particular cayenne pepper helps to stimulate the metabolism. Directions: 1 serving per day is recommended - depending on body weight. The following dosages are recommended: under 75 kg - 1 portion of 6 g, 75 - 90 kg - 1 portion of 12 g, above 90 kg - 1 portion of 18 g, about 30 minutes before training. Portion size can be changed based on individual needs, planned exercise intensity and sensitivity to product ingredients. Add 1 serving (6 g of powder = 2 scoops) to 100 ml of water. The 12 g and 18 g portions dissolve in 200 ml and 300 ml of water respectively. Consume directly after preparation. Net content: 480 g Storage: keep tightly closed in a cool and dry place. Avoid exposure to heat sources. |
