Food supplement in powder form of micronized creatine monohydrate with magnesium and vitamin B6. Creatine increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities (the beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of creatine). Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, while vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Product intended only for adults who practice intense physical exercise.

DIRECTIONS: on training days add one and a half scoops (3.5 g) in 100 ml of water and take before or after training. On rest days, take 1 scoop and a half (3.5 g) once a day.
