Fenugreek is a food supplement providing 500 mg of fenugreek extract per daily dose and it is suitable for adults, including sportsmen. Fenugreek supports the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids (triglycerides and cholesterol).

 

Fenugreek is a plant known for millennia, very ancient and used in alternative medicine for several purposes. Fenugreek is a natural herb rich in nutrients. It has a medium-low height of about 60 - 90 centimeters, with leaves like those of a clover, with a light green color. Inside the pods of the plant, there are fenugreek seeds, from which the supplements used in phytotherapy are obtained.
Tonic and restorative, it is useful in states of fatigue.

DIRECTIONS: take 1 tablet a day, with a glass of water or other favourite beverage.

NET CONTENT: 117 g

STORAGE: keep in a cool dry place. Avoid exposure to heat and sunlight

WARNINGS: do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
