Instant Oat Flour is a food preparation based on oatmeal, ideal for making desserts such as pudding, but also pancakes and other snacks. Instant Oat Flour is a source of protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The product is rich in fiber and without added sugars (it naturally contains sugars). A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Instant Oat Flour is ground oatmeal from flakes, useful for enriching the nutritional value of breakfast or for a mid-day snack and for the preparation of snacks or dessert delights.
Oatmeal can boast a significant amount of protein and a low sugar content.
The low glycemic value of oatmeal makes it a great food. Oatmeal contains 5 out of 8 essential amino acids, unlike the classic wheat which contains only one and the others which contain none. Essential amino acids are essential molecules for the correct functioning of the organism that the body alone cannot synthesize and which must therefore be taken with food. Oatmeal contains:

Phenylalanine
Isoleucine
Leucine
Lysine
Methionine

Furthermore, the high content of soluble fiber can be useful for the intestine, as it accelerates the transit of food and promotes the proliferation of lactobacilli. In particular, beta-glucans present in soluble fiber can have beneficial effects on lipid metabolism and carbohydrate metabolism.
The micronutrients present in oats are many: phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, selenium as regards minerals and Vit. B, Vit. E as regards vitamins.

DIRECTIONS : the product can be used as it is, adding it to water, milk or yogurt. Alternatively, to prepare a pleasant dessert, cook 40 g of the product in 300 ml of water or milk over medium heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, or cook in the microwave at 700 W for 2-3 minutes. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight.
