TONIX MG.K is a magnesium and potassium food supplement indicated in such cases as insufficient intake caused by the diet or in cases of increased requirements such as fatigue or muscular weakness caused by excessive perspiration or intense physical activity. Also indicated for subjects with increased requirements and/or going through episodes of stress or hydrosaline losses caused by excessive perspiration. TONIX MG.K in virtue of its content supports a fast recovery and the maintenance of the physiological levels of its component as well as a balanced hydrosaline level. TONIX® MG.K is especially advised for all athletes who practice a sport where the physical effort extends through time and therefore causes a greater perspiration and mineral salt loss. TONIX MG.Kcan be taken before, during and after sport activity. Product notified to the Italian Ministry of Public Health.

RECOMMENDATION: 1-2 teaspoons per day.

METHOD OF USE: the effervescent granulates contained in TONIX MG.K can be melted directly in mouth or if preferred, dissolve in a little still water.
