Maalox RefluRAPID is a mechanical action medical device based on Sodium Alginate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate and calcium carbonate, formulated to perform 3 synergistic actions: quickly block acid reflux, reduce burning and protect the mucous membrane of the esophagus. Maalox RefluRAPID is a product indicated for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux in order to reduce the symptoms related to it, such as: heartburn, heartburn in pregnancy, reflux esophagitis, acid regurgitation, indigestion, cough and laryngeal-pharyngeal inflammation .
It acts locally without the need to be absorbed systemically. It is a gluten-free and lactose-free product and therefore can also be taken by celiacs and intolerant to this sugar present in milk and its derivatives. Thanks to the single-dose liquid sachets, it can be transported easily and taken without the need for water.
