The product contains 9 essential amino acids together with the branched chain amino acids (BCAA). Essential amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine, Phenylalanine, Methionine, Tryptophan, Histidine, Lysine and Threonine) cannot be synthesized by our body, so it is very important to supply them to our body through food supplements. BCAAs build 35% of essential amino acids in muscle mass. L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in human blood. L-Glutamine and L-Arginine can become essential in certain situations including intense physical training, when the body cannot satisfy its needs by synthesizing them. Being an important precursor of Creatine Nitric Oxide (NO), Arginine supplementation is generally practiced by athletes and bodybuilders. L-Citrulline is also a popular promoter of Nitric Oxide.
