Active Morning is a classic oatmeal product with a delicious flavor and the addition of extra proteins. People with an active lifestyle must start their days with a rich and healthy breakfast. The complete digestion of the whey protein requires only 1 and a half hours, that is, it can nourish your body in a short time, while the long-lasting, but slow-release energy comes from the oat flake thanks to its glycemic index bass.

Our ACTIVE MORNING product is a source of protein, which counteracts growth and maintenance of muscle mass and maintenance of normal bones. *

DIRECTIONS: In a shaker mix 120 g (two scoops and 2/3) of product with 200 ml of water, hot or cold, and shake vigorously until the mixture has the desired consistency. If you prefer that the oatmeal is soft, allow 1-2 minutes to absorb the liquid, if you prefer them crisp eat immediately. Consume preferably in the morning.
