Calma Synergy food supplement is a Terranova supplement with a relaxing and calming action, capable of supporting the individual response to stressful events, which can induce worries, stress, anxiety and sleep-related problems. The mix of plant extracts and synergistic micronutrients acts specifically on a mental level, supporting our brain to better manage stressful situations and all the problems that follow. Ashawagandha (Whittania sonnifera) is a plant from Ayurvedic medicine with adaptogenic and relaxing properties, an adjuvant to sleep and capable of stimulating the natural reactive abilities of the individual to external events. Some components, called whitanolides, have anti-inflammatory properties, the plant is also useful for stimulating the immune system.
Avena sativa is a mental tonic that has been used in herbal medicine for decades as a remedy for anxiety. Rhodiola and American ginseng are adaptogenic plants useful for supporting the organism in its ability to respond both mentally and physically.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 improve mood by stimulating the production of serotonin. Inositol is a sugar useful for improving problems related to anxiety, and helps relaxation by reducing agitation often closely linked to anxiety problems. Finally, Vitamin B12 is necessary for the synthesis of fatty acids, the main components of our brain.
