Penne di Timilia are obtained only from the best organic Timilia wheat, bronze drawn and dried at low temperature.
The Timilia wheat variety is one of the most ancient, originally from Sicily, it is characterized by the short cultivation cycle and the greyish color of the flour.
DIRECTIONS: cook in boiling salted water for about 8-9 minutes.
