  • The 3 branched amino acids (BCAA) leucine, valine, isoleucine, promote the increase of lean muscle mass by reducing its protein degradation.
  • Glutamine is an important energy source for the body, in particular for intestinal tissue.
  • Arginine activates the mechanisms of elimination of nitrogen catabolites, deriving from protein metabolism in the liver, and together with glycine it participates in the formation of creatine.
