Un prodotto di elevata qualità, sia in termini di risultati fisici, sia in termini di piacevolezza al palato. Il gusto cioccolato e crema è ottimo e può essere una buona alternativa al mattino, a colazione. L'aggiunta di limitate quantità di acqua nello shaker consente di ottenere un effetto budino davvero gustoso. Per me sono bastate appena 3 settimane, con un solo misurino al dì, per notare incremento della definizione muscolare, a parità di peso (75 Kg), di dieta e di quotidiana dose di BCCA (3 cps.). A dispetto di altri prodotti utilizzati nel recente passato, l'effetto di rilascio prolungato è eccezionale. Probabilmente, quanti preferiscano assumere le proteine in polvere alla sera, prima di coricarsi, potranno avere delle sorprese in senso positivo. In conclusione, dovendo dare un voto al prodotto, non posso che assegnargli un 10. Vivamente consigliato.

Rettifico il mio precedente commento. Attenti a quelle con gusto cioccolato, il colorante mi ha macchiato i denti! io le assumevo prima di andare a letto o durante la notte (senza lavare successivamente i denti) e dopo 2 mesi mi sono trovato i denti macchiati, da quando ho smesso di assumerle, ho dovuto fare una detartrasi/pulizia dentale e non è bastata a smacchiare i denti. Ci ho messo altri 2-3 mesi lavando 5 volte al giorno i denti per far andare via tutte le macchie! Il coccolato quindi lo consiglio (come gusto), ma ricordo che dovete lavare sempre i denti dopo averlo assunto! Problema che invece non si pone con quelle alla vaniglia, ormai sono 2 anni che uso quelle alla vaniglia. Riassumendo, per efficacia, è un OTTIMO PRODOTTO Se assunte prima di andare a letto, ci si sveglia al mattino senza aver i crampi della fame!!
