Yamamoto® Nutrition Bcaa POWDER is a supplement of branched chain amino acids in the ratio 2:1:1, recommended to supplement the diet of athletes.
The product is enriched with Vitamin B1, that contributes to normal energy metabolism, and Vitamin B6 that contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Bcaa POWDER contains NO sweeteners.


Branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) are an important group of essential amino acids consisting of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.
BCAA are among the nine essential amino acids for humans, because our body is not able to produce them.
The body's only supply is through daily diet or supplementation.


Branched chain amino acids (BCAA) account for 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins.
Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are essential amino acids provided by different dietary proteins.
BCAAs can be taken as supplements, particularly recommended before intense training or demanding physical work.
Bcaa POWDER contains a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.


Recommendation
Unflavoured: add 1,5 scoops (5g) in 200 ml of water and take once a day before or immediately after training or competition. On non training days the product can be taken at any time of the day.

Orange: Dissolve 5,7 g (1 scoop) in 100-150 ml of water. Take once a day.

Cola Lime: dissolve 1 heaping scoop (5,7 g) of product in 100-150 ml water and take once a day.


Net content: 300 g

Warnings: do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute of a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
