1 capsule e la Dose consigliata generale perché uno che pesa 90kg non ha lo stesso fabbisogno di uno che ne pesa 60kg. Quella è dose dichiarata a livello legislativo. Il mio nutrizionista ad esempio me ne ha prescritto 4 capsule al giorno. Peso 85kg
