Penso sia la risposta più da ignorante che abbia mai letto. Cazzo vuole dire "mezzo grammo di glutammina ed alanina". Non ti hanno insegnato la chimica a scuola?. Sai una molecola di acqua è solo 2 atomi di H ed 1 di ossigeno. Peccato che a diversi stadi diverse funzionalità.
Poi saputelli da tastiera andate a leggervi tutto il materiale scientifico presente sulla sustamina. Presente in quantità con tanto di articoli su sportivi. Ah se cercate sui blog degli scemi non trovate niente. Solo database di ricerca.

In risposta all'utente 335938... anche io l'ho comprata da tempo e la uso come da indicazione, ma nulla... è solo mezzo grammo di glutammina e alanina.. per quanto possa essere più stabile della semplice glutammina, l'apporto mi pare esiguo... ma poi anche leggendo su internet non si trova nulla riguardo questa sustamine.. di certo non la ordinerò più....

Buongiorno a tutti io ho usato questo prodotto per 2 mesi di seguito alla dose consigliata. Risultati nessuno. Ma non sarà poco una cp al giorno?
