Yamamoto® Research Inteflor - Food supplement based on Lactobacillus acidophilus Yamamoto® Research Inteflor is a food supplement that provides the probiotic microorganism, Lactobacillus acidophilus. Probiotics promote the balance of the intestinal flora.
Lactobacillus Acidophilus is a Gram positive bacterium also commonly called "lactobacillus acidophilus" or simply as "Acidophilus", which occurs naturally in our intestine. Lactobacillus Acidophilus is the most important “friendly” bacteria of the small intestine and promotes the ideal environment for the proper digestion and assimilation of food. The scientific literature of which it boasts, has shown that it performs many other and important functions for the normal physiology of the organism. Unfortunately nowadays, due to the impoverishment and artificial treatment of food, pollution and stress, the frequent and often abused antibiotic therapies mean that most people have a scarce presence of friendly bacteria. Lactobacillus acidophilus belongs to a group of bacteria which, due to their ability to transform sugars into lactic acid and hydrogen peroxide, which are substances that inhibit the growth of unwanted bacteria in the intestine, are called lactic bacteria (or lactobacilli). Lactobacillus is commonly used by the dairy industry to produce yogurt and cheese (although today it is always found in very low quantities), and we find it widely used in probiotic products, dietary products and even in medicines. Lactobacillus Acidophilus possesses numerous properties, based on an extensive literature and documented research published in the most accredited scientific journals. It is considered the most famous probiotic "friend" of the intestine, as it inhibits the production of other microorganisms and promotes the elimination of many toxins produced by proteolytic bacteria, and is essential for the synthesis of vitamin B in the intestine. The intake of Acidophilus is associated with an improvement in digestion and absorption, preventing the formation of gas, flatulence and post-prandial bloating. In this regard, it promotes the production of enzymes such as proteases and lipases that aid in the digestion of proteins and fats. One of its known characteristics is that of helping to decrease lactose intolerance caused by the deficiency of the lactase enzyme, by producing this enzyme itself. It helps to decrease lactose intolerance caused by the deficiency of the lactase enzyme, producing itself significant quantities of the enzyme and therefore helping to digest lactose more completely and thus reducing the possibility of bad breath, swelling, bloating, cramps and gastric disturbances. Known as "rebalancing" the gastrointestinal system, its support reduces the episodes of diarrhea and helps to improve constipation.
