Yamamoto® Research Ridutuss® - Food supplement with sugar and sweeteners Yamamoto® Research Ridutuss® is a food supplement in liquid form based on juice and plant extracts, with propolis and Manuka honey. Ridutuss® is a natural supplement based on FLAVOXALE® (a mixture of propolis, honey and Manuka essential oil), elderberry juice and echinacea, in the form of a syrup that helps stimulate the proper functioning of the immune system, supporting the functionality of the first respiratory tract in particular, the fluidity of bronchial secretions, and having a balsamic effect. FLAVOXALE® is a special combination of precious natural elements derived from bees that collect Propolis, Honey and Manuka essential oil from New Zealand, which have been shown to have an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial action on the respiratory tract. Propolis is a natural product derived from the work of foraging bees whose use in the tradition has been handed down to us for centuries, on which numerous scientific researches have shown interesting properties in increasing the immune defences, particularly indicated to fight and reduce flu symptoms such as sore throat, colds, tonsillitis and plaques. Manuka honey originating from New Zealand is an extraordinary type of honey that has shown to have a very interesting antibacterial activity, which contains nutrients unique among all honeys, really precious for its properties to promote the immune defenses of the respiratory tract, to counteract ailments such as cough, colds and sinusitis. The Elderberry has always been known to be an aid to the body's defenses, and is an excellent adjuvant in fighting respiratory tract diseases, such as colds, coughs, sore throat and asthma, also thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties. The flavonoids contained in Elderberry juice help in nasal congestion and stimulate bronchial secretion, thus removing excess mucus, for the fluidifying effect on secretions, but also in case of allergies and sinusitis, as well as supporting a physiological response of our body's natural defenses. Today Echinacea is certainly one of the best known and used in popular medicine and modern phytotherapy to prevent and combat seasonal respiratory tract disorders and flu syndromes in both adults and children. It is also used to stimulate the immune system and maintain more efficient the body's natural defences and its immunostimulant action is expressed through an increase in leukocytes, in particular neutrophils and macrophages, cells designed to swallow foreign agents harmful to the body.
