DIRECTIONS: dilute 10 ml of Fordren COMPLETE Donna DrenAge in 500ml of water to drink during the day, or 5ml in a glass of water (about 200 ml) to drink twice a day. For a physiological functioning of our body it is important to drink at least a liter of water a day. Shake before using. Contains measuring cup.
