Yamamoto® Nutrition RawTOP is a complete high-quality multi-vitamin and multi-mineral food supplement containing up to 21 ingredients, including botanical extracts and other nutrients.

Due to the intensity and frequency of their training programs, strength athletes such as bodybuilders and fighters have higher nutritional requirements than other athletes.

RawTOP provides all nutritional needs, and nutritional deficiencies can result from not taking RawTOP.

RawTOP is a new generation multivitamin and multimineral supplement, as it is not only extremely complete in terms of vitamins and micronutrients, but also contains phytotherapeutic extracts and other elements that enhance its antioxidant effects, support the immune system, digestion and general health.
Athletes who train intensively have different nutritional needs to ordinary sedentary people, and their production of free radicals is much higher, so they are not always able to compensate with their diet for the correct requirements of micro-nutrients to support not only recovery but overall health and well-being.

RawTOP has been developed to address these vitamin and mineral deficiencies, which the diet alone fails to meet, by providing digestive enzymes to promote maximum nutrient absorption, and phytotherapeutic extracts such as Astragalus, Beta-glucans, Turmeric and Astaxanthin that help the body counteract the negative effects of intense and/or prolonged performance, supporting the immune system, modulating the effects of inflammation and oxidative stress.

RawTOP can be defined as a high-dose all-in-one product that is truly more than complete in its genre, which cannot be limited to calling it a simple 'multivitamin'.
