ALPHAZER® HYDRAMINO® LIQUID When practising sport, especially for endurance athletes, it is necessary to ensure that our bodies are properly supported in order to have the muscular strength, hydration and endurance needed to meet even the most demanding challenges. For this reason, sportsmen and women often choose supplements to take before and during the workout, trying to ensure they have all the energy and nutrients they need for a successful performance, and specific supplements for post-workout, capable of ensuring subsequent muscle recovery and counteracting catabolism.
They therefore require a specific formula capable of guaranteeing muscle recovery after exercise but at the same time supporting the rebalancing of electrolyte loss that normally occurs with sweating during activity. From this need comes Hydramino® Liquid, formulated to provide the athlete not "only" with branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) or mineral salts, but with a mixture of elements essential to the athlete's needs. What is Hydramino Liquid Hydramino® Liquid is a food supplement suitable for all sportsmen and women, indicated before, during or after performance, to rapidly promote muscle recovery processes and to support proper hydration. This product contains a mixture of essential amino acids (EAAs), Vitacherry Sport® cherry extract powder, Cococin Ws® coconut juice concentrate and magnesium. Various studies have shown that EAAs are indispensable for supporting efficient protein synthesis, and for effectively rebuilding and preserving muscle tissue: the introduction of all essential amino acids ensures the maintenance of a significant 'anabolic' state, while the deficiency of one or more amino acids appears to compromise the effectiveness of protein synthesis (and therefore less useful in counteracting the muscle catabolism created under particular conditions, such as during prolonged, excessively intense exercise or during energy/calorie deficit phases). The benefits of EAA consumption for the sportsman, however, are not limited to the 'muscular sphere', but include other factors considered equally critical, such as support for the immune system, which is particularly stressed during intense and prolonged exertion, and also support for the complex functions of the central nervous system. To enhance the effect on muscle recovery provided by essential amino acids, the latest research has shown that VitaCherry® Sport sour cherry extract is a powerful antioxidant, beneficial for the entire organism and able to accelerate muscle and strength recovery processes after intense and prolonged exertion. So it is from sour cherries that research presents us with a new 'nutraceutical' weapon, useful for sportsmen and women who want to overcome the typical aches and pains of inflammation and muscular 'stiffness' related to post-exertion as soon as possible. In detail, the positive effects in terms of anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving and post-activity physiological recovery activity seem to be attributable to the high concentration of anthocyanins present in the fruit extract, a type of polyphenol from the flavonoid family. Another critical component for the athlete is certainly the maintenance of hydration during physical exertion and the subsequent restoration of the valuable electrolytes lost through sweating. To counteract the risk of dehydration and the associated problems in terms of both performance and health, the formula of Hydramino® Liquid is complemented by the presence of freeze-dried COCOCIN® coconut water, a dense pool of highly-absorbed electrolytes of natural origin, to restore and maintain a correct electrolyte balance. Freeze-dried coconut water has also been shown to have a tonic action against fatigue, improving cognitive function and facilitating the transmission of nerve impulses. A further component of this product is magnesium citrate, an essential cellular constituent added to ensure the efficiency of the nervous system, psychological function and muscular system. This mineral helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, intervenes in the regulatory mechanism of muscle contraction and reduces the formation of lactic acid during sporting activities. Its replenishment, especially after intense and prolonged exertion, is essential for all types of sportsmen and women. Benefits of our supplement Why choose Hydramino® Liquid: Provides muscle support during activity; Provides increased resistance to fatigue; Counteracts muscle catabolism during and after training; Enables reintegration of mineral salts lost through sweating; Anti-inflammatory and tonic action against fatigue; Supports muscle growth thanks to the presence of EAA; Maintains the correct electrolyte balance. When and how to take it Take 1 ampoule daily, taking care to shake well before consumption. Use is recommended pre-, during and post-workout depending on individual goals. Pre-workout ensures the correct supply of EAAs and antioxidants to cope with activity and ensure muscle anabolism, during workout allows recovery of mineral salts and supports muscle activity, and post-workout ensures muscle recovery and all electrolytes lost through sweating.
