Whey Tek is a food supplement of selected whey Protein and casein, with the addition of vitamins and creatine.

Protein contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.

Creatine, taken at a dose of 3 g per day, increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities.
 
DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 2 scoops (1 scoop = 12 g) in 300 ml of water or milk. Take once a day.
