Express all your potential in a completely natural way. Growth Hormone (GH) is a 191 amino acid protein that is produced in the anterior lobe of the Pituitary (or Pituitary) gland. It has the important function of directing the growth process, especially during adolescence. During the hours of sleep, particularly during the deepest phase, the Hypothalamus regulates the increase in GH production which is a positive hormone since it stimulates protein synthesis and limits the ability to store fat in adipose tissue. After 35-40 years of age the muscle mass undergoes a gradual and continuous decrease and at the same time the percentages of fat mass tend to increase. This process is in fact justified by the decline in the levels of GH that we naturally produce. The best and most effective way to increase the level of this important hormone is to increase its internal production. Testosterone is instead the most important male hormone. In men testosterone is produced in the testicles while in women a small amount is produced in the ovaries and adrenal glands. The most important function of testosterone is the development and maintenance of male characters, the functioning of the reproductive system and the maintenance and development of muscle mass and a healthy body composition. Furthermore, the correct production of this hormone influences mood and energy levels in the male. With age, however, even the testosterone level decreases and it is advisable to stimulate the production with natural means such as exercise, a healthy diet and with special supplements. Our TST + GH product contains D-aspartic acid (DAA), arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG), L-glutamine, L-carnitine, L-tartrate, L-ornithine hydrochloride and L-lysine and, to complete the formula also vitamins B5 and B6, magnesium and zinc. Glutamine plays an important role in the metabolism of amino acids, it is in fact involved in the link between proteins and can function as a source of energy. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal production. Zinc is involved in the regulation of testosterone levels in the blood. Vitamin B5 is involved in the synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, Vitamin D and some neurotransmitters and also in the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
