Buona IsoNebial Kit contains 4 medical devices bearing the EC marking (Isonebial Flaconcini, Spray-Sol, Cannula Aug and Luer-Lock syringe). The 0.9%isotonic solution, with the addition of ectoine contained in the vials of Isonebial is useful for the daily cleaning of the nasal cavities, in particular in the event of a closed or dry nose. It softens the mucus by promoting its elimination and restores a right degree of hydration of the dry or unborn nasal mucous membranes, improving breathing. The ectoine contained in Isonebial, thanks to its high ability to tie water molecules, has a protective effect and a moisturizing action that gives relief to the irritated mucosa. Isonebial Kit allows the nebulization of the isotonic saline solution to 0.9% by means of the Spray-Sol medical device (exclusive license patent Steve Jones srl).
Isonebial Kit is indicated for the daily cleaning of the nasal cavities. The solution contained in the single-dose vials can be administered via spray-Sol or even with aerosol therapy. Spray-Sol is a medical device specifically designed to carry out topical treatments of the nasal and sinus cavities and allows the rapid administration of the solution by nebulization in particles of size between 10 and 20 microns, suitable for the treatment of the upper airways. Thanks to its specially designed form, it adapts ergonomically to the child's nostril, but can also be used by the adult.

 

DIRECTIONS: To correctly use Isonebial Kit you need:
- Unplug single-dose vial and warm it in your hands before administering the solution;
- open the vial by rotating the hood, connect it to the syringe included in the package and aspire the solution to be sprayed ;
- Remove the syringe, filled with the solution to be sprayed, to the appropriate entrance nozzle of the spray-Sol nebulizer;
- In the infants and small children (under 3 years it is still depending on the level of collaboration ) it is necessary to wash in a layer on its side, keeping your head reclined on one side and gently inserting spray-lop into the upper nostril. Push on the piston of the syringe to nebulize the solution;
- in older children and adults, keep the bust forward with the head slightly inclined on one side and insert spray-lops in the upper nostril. Push on the piston of the syringe to spray the solution;
- Repeat the same operations for the other nostril, trying to divide the solution contained in the syringe between the two nostrils equally;
- before storing the device rinse the syringe Under running water and wash spray-Sol.
at the end of each use wash the spray-lum spray under running water, with the possible addition of a drop of neutral (non-abrasive) soap. Before storing it, dry it with a soft cloth. Therefore, rinse, body and piston of the syringe under running water and dry them thoroughly before reassembling the syringe.
It is advisable to respect the following frequency of use:
- Lactants: instill a few drops in each nostril, several times a day , generally before feeding or before sleeping;
- Children and adults: 1-3 washes per nostril, several times a day.
