GYMLINE MUSCLE HYDRO BCAA 2: 1: 1 INSTANT is a dietary supplement of branched chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), vitamins, mineral salts and Rhodiola Rosea extract indicated in case of reduced intake with the diet of the aforementioned nutrients or increase in their needs, for example in the athlete's diet tA portion (about 13.4 g) of product prepared according to the indicated method, provides 4.8 g of branched-chain amino acids, 2 g of beta-alanine and 2 g of L-citrulline. A portion is also a source of:

  • Vitamin B6, which contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen;
  • Magnesium, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism, normal muscle function and normal protein synthesis.

GYMLINE BCAA 2: 1: 1 INSTANT contains a dry root extract of Rhodiola rosea L., tonic-adaptogen indicated to help reduce physical and mental fatigue.

DIRECTIONS: prepare a portion by dissolving the contents of 1 scoop (about 13.4 g) in 350-500 ml of non-carbonated water using a shaker.
