E' vero questi omega3, rispetto ad altri, costano di più. Va detto però che hanno 5 stelle IFOS (International Fish Oil Standards) che è il massimo.
IFOS è un parametro molto importante che valuta i seguenti parametri:
- concentrazione degli acidi grassi Omega 3
- purezza (assenza di contaminanti e metalli pesanti)
- grado di ossidazione
Gli omega3 sono grassi molto sensibili ai processi di ossidazione e possono essere facilmente soggetti ad inquinanti (vista la condizione dei mari); prendere omega3 di bassa qualità rischia di produrre più problemi che benifici, non si può andare troppo a risparmio.

Confermo che sono realmente senza ritorno di gusto, ma devo comunque esprimere un parere negativo sul prezzo, troppo alto, circa il triplo rispetto a quelle normali. In conclusione: io prendo quelle normali che mi costano un terzo di queste!!
