Omega-3s are "essential" fatty acids because our body is not capable of producing them. Consequently, they must be acquired through one's diet, or in the event of low intake or increased demand, with supplements*.

Numerous scientific studies have shown that in the context of a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, Omega-3s are extremely important as they perform important functions in the body and assist us in being more efficient and active.

It contains more than 60% between EPA and DHA and 75% of Omega-3 fatty acids. Long-chained EPA and DHA fatty acids are present in the optimum 2:1 ratio.

  • EPA and DHA contribute to the normal maintenance of cardiac functions (when taking at least 250mg per day).
  • EPA and DHA contribute to maintaining normal levels of triglycerides (when taking 2g per day)
  • DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function and visual acuity (when taking at least 250mg per day)
 

Fish oil is a perishable and delicate product. The technology used to prepare EnerZona Omega 3 RX allows for a stable product to be obtained over time.
