 EUROSUP ISO WPH Dietary supplement ISO WPH is a food supplement with sweeteners of hydrolyzed whey protein isolate Optipep® 90 DH4, developed for the most demanding athletes. Vitamin B6 contained in ISO WPH contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The whey protein are a source of protein with high biological value (BV = 104) and high content of branched chain amino acids. For this product, Eurosup has chosen to use only Optipep® 90 DH4, produced by Carbery, an hydrolyzed whey protein isolate of high quality, characterized by an optimal degree of hydrolysis. The hydrolysis process produces shorter peptide chains compared to the starting protein, making the content amino acids readily available. Peptides are a class of compounds consisting of an extremely variable chain of amino acids joined together by a peptide (or carboamidic) bond. The shorter peptides are the dipeptides, consisting of two amino acids joined by a single peptide bond; Polypeptides consisting of a few units are commonly referred to as oligopeptides. The dipeptides and tripeptides have molecular weights below 500 dalton. In the digestive system there are specific conveyors for the small chains of amino acids, di and tri peptides mainly, which make this type of peptide easy to absorb, compared to free-form amino acids and longer chain peptides or intact proteins. OPTIPEP 90DH4 contains well over 14% peptides with a molecular weight of less than 500 daltons. RECOMMENDATION: take a portion of 30 g (3 scoops) per day mixed with 130-200 ml of water or other liquid. The volume of liquid added affects the intensity of the taste and the density of the preparation, does not affect the digestibility and assimilation. Drink the product between meals, or after training or sport activities. Preparation in the glass: The product is instant, which means that it is not necessary to use the shaker. Enter one serving of the product in the glass, add water and mix with a spoon for a few seconds. Preparation with shaker: bring a shaker with you to the gym is the best way to get an effective dose of protein immediately after training.
