 EUROSUP PRO SOY 100 Food supplement SOY 100 is a soy protein food supplement with vitamins B6 and B12. SOY 100 is made with pure isolated soy proteins, to which an advanced flavoring formula has been added, which makes its taste excellent and inimitable. This vegetable protein supplement is suitable for athletes, active people but also for those who do not practice sports. SOY 100 does not contain ingredients of animal origin and provides vitamin B12, a B vitamin of which vegans can have reduced intake from the diet. Vitamin B12 is in fact found in foods of animal origin such as meat, dairy products and eggs and not in significant quantities in foods of plant origin. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the function of the immune system. Vitamin B6 has been added as it contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. MODALITÀ D'USO:add 3 scoops (30 g) of SOY 100 in 300-350 ml of water and take once a day, away from main meals. The amount of water added affects the intensity of taste, adding more water reduces the intensity of the taste. Excellent for use at breakfast, as a snack, post workout or before bedtime. |
