THE AIM
FA WHEY PROTEIN is a high quality protein drink prepared from high quality whey protein concentrate. This product was created on the basis of 65% whey protein concentrate which provides 60-63% of protein in each serving. Each physically active person knows that protein is one of the most important nutrients, especially important for everyone doing long-term strength training or endurance training. Proteins contribute to muscle growth and help maintain muscle mass and healthy bones and that is why they are the most needed ingredients for each athlete. Due to the fact that FA WHEY PROTEIN has a very high rate of bioavailability (BV = 104), it is necessary for a fast muscle recovery and is optimal for protein synthesis.

FA WHEY PROTEIN meets the daily requirement for protein, contains large amount of BCAA and L-glutamine (in amino acid profile determined as L-glutamic acid). Amino acids with branched side chains BCAA (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) and L-glutamine are the most valuable and desirable amino acids in the diet of intensive training athletes. In addition, this product is rich in minerals - calcium and phosphorus, which are essential for the proper functioning of the body. Calcium helps in the proper functioning of muscles, digestive enzymes, helps maintain proper neurotransmission and participates in the processes of cell division and specialization. Calcium and phosphorus help maintain normal energy metabolism, healthy bones and teeth.


RECOMMENDATION: dissolve one scoop of powder (32 g) in 200 - 300 ml of still water or milk. Depending on the individual needs, consume 1-3 servings a day.

  • Training day: Consume 1 serving immediately after waking up, 30 minutes before training and immediately after training.
  • Non-training days: Consume 1 serving immediately after waking up, next portion, if necessary, between meals.
