Why is there a layer of oil on the surface, separated from the cream underneath?

This separation is the demonstration of the total absence of emulsifiers inside the jar. The spreadable creams that are smooth and perfectly homogeneous, in fact, have this aspect thanks to their content of emulsifiers.

To make the precious IAFSTORE® organic and natural creams soft and spreadable, simply use a spoon and first make holes in the hardened paste - so that the oil penetrates inside again - then mix vigorously in all directions until the consistency returns to being soft and homogeneous.
