Why choose IAFSTORE® branched-chain amino acids (Bcaa)?
Amino acids of vegetable origin: 100% branched amino acids of vegetable origin from fermentation
|
The characteristic of this product lies precisely in the derivation from plant ingredients that make this amino acid pool considered of "pharmaceutical purity"
They are not peptides, they are amino acids in free form that enter the blood stream and muscle much more quickly than any other protein source. All this contributes to the net improvement in the use of nitrogen.
The function of branched
chain amino acids (Bcaa) Branched chain amino acids (Bcaa) are an important group of essential amino acids consisting of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.
Bcaa are among the nine essential amino acids for humans, because our body is unable to produce them.
The only sources of supply are through daily nutrition or dietary supplementation.
Branched chain amino acids (Bcaa) account for 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle Protein.
Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are indispensable amino acids provided by different dietary protein intakes.
Bcaa can be consumed as supplements, especially recommended for intense workouts or demanding physical work.
The branched chain amino acids (Bcaa) if taken before training have mainly energetic and anti-catabolic functions. They act as an energy substrate in order to preserve muscle mass from not being broken down for energy purposes. If taken after training, they have an anabolic function. Important building blocks for building and / or restoring lean mass.
Why a ratio of 2: 1: 1 between Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine?
BCAA 2: 1: 1 contains a 2: 1: 1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.
Leucine acts as a key to ignition of a car. The car, in this case, is a muscle cell or a fiber. Ignition ignites the muscle protein synthesis (MPS) process, which develops muscle protein and leads to increased muscle growth. In more "scientific" terms, leucine activates a complex called mTOR, which increases muscle protein synthesis and therefore muscle growth.
Some products even suggest giving up the other two Bcaa and taking leucine alone. This is a big mistake. A study carried out at Baylor University; Scientists gave college-age men a leucine-only supplement, a 2: 1: 1 Bcaa supplement, or a placebo before and after a workout. They found that while leucine increased MPS after training better than placebo, Bcaa increased protein synthesis better than leucine and placebo. This is one of the reasons to stick to a 2: 1: 1 ratio (or something similar to it) when supplementing with BCAAs.
Quality first of all
IAFSTORE® relies solely and exclusively on certified and accredited raw materials.
Per the BCAA line, the choice fell on raw materials from Cambridge Commodities.
Grade A certified raw materials for the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 8 and produced in facilities registered by Informed-Sport.
Once the raw material arrives in Italy it is subjected to strict quality tests.
The lots are sampled and tested and then proceed to the realization of the finished product according to regulations and production in Italian factories.
In addition to analyzes on intolerances such as gluten and lactose.
