Citrulline combined with malic acid forms citrulline malate.

The amino acid citrulline is found in watermelon (Citrullus Lanatus), while malic acid is an organic acid that is abundantly present in nature (eg in fruits).
Lots of Protein contain citrulline and both ingredients are key intermediates in metabolic cycles.
