Not a jam, but rather a jam, because we're talking about a kilogram of fruity goodness! Who has long been the fitness market, knows that much before the appearance of Allnutrition Frużelina, it was KFD to launch a low-calorie alternative to the traditional PD jam with the fascinating name of Jemik.
It was 2017 and the jam was a real breath of freshness and delicacy, unfortunately due to productive difficulties it was withdrawn from production ... to return now in triumph in a new, even better, multi-fruit version.
100g kFD jam have only 40kcal, or about 4 times less calories than traditional jams and, depending on taste, from 10 to even several times less sugar!
The KFD hypocaloric jam contains up to 50% of fruit, it is a dessert ideal for breakfasts and desserts for active people who follow a diet - for example protein pancakes, although it is not much caloric than zero syrups, a large amount of real fruit is a quality jump in terms of taste - just know The jam.
The Jemiki KFD are for many aspects similar to Allnutrition Frużelin - differ in calorific value (Jemiki have less calories of Frużelin), different proportions of fruit, used sweeteners (jemiki do not contain erythritol on which Yes Frużelina based).
