Protein bar with oil seeds Crunchy bar made with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and dried fruit with 32% protein.
Produced with certified organic ingredients, it is an excellent protein alternative for those who follow a diet without animal, vegan or vegetarian derivatives.
The oilseeds, among the best known those of pumpkin, sesame and sunflower, contain all the nutrients necessary for the generation of a healthy and resistant plant, which is why they offer our body a large amount of positive effects.
The term "oily" refers to their high content of fatty acids, in particular unsaturated, considered "good", less harmful and more beneficial than saturated ones. Among these, an important role is played by Omega 3 and Omega 6, called essential because our body is unable to synthesize them and therefore must therefore necessarily be integrated with the diet.
