Dietary supplement
Dietary product for athletes based on mineral salts, vitamins, creatine and ginseng with sugars and sweetener. Physical activity involves a significant increase in sweating with the elimination of liquids and consequently mineral salts. The intake of drinks in adequate quantities and of an appropriate composition is of fundamental importance in preventing both the hydrosaline deficit and the reduction of the body's carbohydrate energy sources and represents the main nutritional factor capable of influencing performance. To restore the hydrosaline balance, water is the fundamental element but it is not enough: the drink must be isotonic (or slightly hypotonic) and therefore contain the right quantities of mineral salts and carbohydrates. In situations of prolonged effort and abundant sweating it is particularly important to use IsoNam Energy. Optimal use involves assimilating it before, during and after training or competition. IsoNam Energy: determines an osmotic pressure identical to that of plasma and its special blend of carbohydrates (-6% w/v), with different assimilation speed, has an osmotic pressure equal to that of plasma and guarantees rapid crossing of the stomach and a consequent equally rapid assimilation by the intestine. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid):
Vitamin B6 intervenes in the complex metabolic processes that transform carbohydrates, fats and Protein into energy.
