Essential fatty acids, most commonly known as Omega-3, are polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are particularly useful for the well-being of athletes as:

  • EPA+DHA help maintain normal blood levels of triglycerides
  • EPA+DHA contribute to normal cardiac function
  • DHA contributes to normal brain function

EPA and DHA taken at a daily dose of 250 mg contribute to normal cardiac function; taken at the daily dose of 2 g contribute to the maintenance of normal triglyceride levels in the blood and taken at the daily dose of 3 g contribute to maintaining normal blood pressure; Additionally, DHA taken at 250 mg daily dose contributes to maintaining normal brain function and normal visual capacity.

DIRECTIONS: take 1 (EPA 559 mg; DHA 229 mg) to 4 softgels (EPA 2234 mg; DHA 916 mg) per day.
