BCAA 4: 1: 1 Powder is a food supplement consisting of an extraordinary combination of active substances in instant form.

The basic components of the product are the essential branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine.

The ratio of these branched-chain acids is 4: 1: 1 for L-leucine.

Enriched with the amino acid L-glutamine, which is one of the most abundant amino acids in the skeletal muscular system.

During strenuous physical activity, there is a loss of individual amino acids and other important substances.

Amino acids are the building blocks of any protein.

A sufficient supply of quality protein, along with an optimal range of amino acids, contributes to muscle growth.

Branched-chain amino acids are among the essential acids that the body must receive through the diet, since their synthesis from other sources does not occur in the body.
 
DIRECTIONS: Mix 1/2 portion (10 g) of product with 200 ml of water and take before, during or after training.

To improve physical performance, take 1 serving (10 g) 15 minutes before physical activity.

To fully support muscle regeneration, take 1 serving immediately after training.
