Calcium 90 tablets

Calcium is a dietary supplement in tablets that provides 800 mg of calcium citrate per daily dose. The product is also suitable for adult sportsmen and sportswomen, as calcium supports normal muscle function and is necessary for the maintenance of normal bones*.

Calcium is essential for the development and health of bones and teeth. In fact, bones undergo a continuous remodelling process that involves the reabsorption and deposition of calcium into new bone tissue.
The main food sources of calcium are milk and its derivatives, in particular cheese, yoghurt and other fermented milk. This mineral is also present in some dark green leafy vegetables (e.g. Chinese cabbage, kale and broccoli, but not spinach), dried legumes and many fish and molluscs (e.g. sardines, clams and mussels).

DIRECTIONS: take 2 tablets a day, with a glass of water or other beverage of your choice, 20-30 minutes before training or in the evening before going to bed.
