Helix Med Pediatric Pharmalife Research Syrup is an innovative medical device specifically for children.
Based on Snail Slime, it is ideal for the treatment of dry and fat cough, facilitating the removal of mucus and phlegm.
Helix® Med Pediatric is a Class I medical device indicated for dry and fatty cough, in particular the one that accompanies upper airway infections.
Helix® Med Pediatric acts with mechanical action on the irritated mucosa through three mechanisms:
- Promotes the hydration of the mucus facilitating its removal.
- Forms a "film" adhesive mucus that protects the mucosa from contact with external irritants.
- The millefiori honey and the cheesecake aroma give the product a taste particularly appreciated by children.
Helix® Med Pediatric is a Class I medical device that, thanks to the synergy of its ingredients with adhesive mucus and film-forming activity, turns out to be a valid specific adjunct in the case of dry, fatty and productive cough.
The Helix® Med Pediatric formula carries out the following activities:
- It calms the cough and reduces the mucus through the formation of a protective film with a "barrier effect" that protects the mucosa of the airways, promotes hydration and promotes the expulsion of the mucus.
- It protects the mucosa of the airways thanks to the adhesive mucous properties of its ingredients, in particular the mucus of Helix Aspersa, able to form an adhesive, moisturizing and protective mucus barrier that limits the contact with external agents, especially in those situations in which it is more exposed to environmental conditions offensive to the throat, thus encouraging the restoration of physiological conditions.
DIRECTIONS:
From 1 to 3 years: 5 ml up to 2-3 times a day, away from meals.
From 3 to 6 years: 10 ml up to 2-3 times a day, away from meals.
From 6 to 12 years: 10 ml up to 3-4 times a day, away from meals.
Over 12 years: 15 ml up to 2-3 times a day, away from meals.
Helix Med® Pediatric Oral Suspension can be taken as such or diluted in a small amount of lukewarm liquids (water, milk, tea or infusions ...).
INGREDIENTS: Demineralized water, fructose, millefiori honey, dry extract of Linden flowers (Tilia platyphyllos or Tilia cordata, maltodextrin), extract of Snail mucus (Helix Aspersa), dry extract of Elder flowers (Sambucus nigra, maltodextrin), hydroglyceric extract of Grindelia flowering tops (Grindelia robusta), hydroglyceric extract of Plantain leaves (Plantago major), gamma-cyclodextrin, acidifier: citric acid E330; gum arabic, preservatives: potassium sorbate E202, sodium benzoate E211; aroma cheesecake, red beet E162, essential oil of Eucalyptus leaves (Eucalyptus globulus), essential oil of Pine leaves (Pinus sylvestris).
