Brown millet flour
flour obtained from the delicate grinding of Brown Millet, or Wild Millet, a particularly energetic cereal, rich in B vitamins and minerals, such as iron, fluorine, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc.
Among its characteristics, the fact that, of all cereals, brown millet is the one with the highest concentration of silicic acid, an element that promotes tissue regeneration, contributing to the well-being of bones, muscles and hair, and to the maintenance of a toned and delicate skin. As a regulator of the water balance, it is able to help the balance of liquids and reduce water retention.
DIRECTIONS: excellent to be used in variable percentages (10% -30%) together with other flours, for oven preparations.
