Pea flour

This product is rich in protein, calcium, potassium, iron and phosphorus, as well as fiber. Among the vitamins B1, B2, B3 and A stand out.
The peas (it is therefore the flour), are tonic, diuretic (thanks to the presence of potassium) and strengthen the body's natural defenses by acting on the rebalancing of the intestine.
DIRECTIONS: the flour can be used for sweet and savory baked goods to varying degrees from 10 to 30% in combination with wheat flour. Pea flour gives a pleasant flavor, improves softness, increases the protein content and lowers the glycemic index of the products to which it is added.
