SARACENUM is the new Sapore di Sole line dedicated to organic buckwheat grown and processed in Italy.The Sapore di Sole buckwheat germ is the heart of the grain, the most precious and rich in nutrients. It comes from the stone grinding of the whole grain, slow and low temperature processing that safeguards all the nutrients. It has the shape and consistency of a semolina; the taste is sober and delicate, it combines aromas of hazelnut and light herbaceous veins. Strictly gluten-free and suitable for celiacs.
It has a high protein content (27% of total energy) with a high Organic value (VB = 93 out of 100, second only to egg proteins), thanks to the presence of all essential amino acids. In addition, it contains the main micronutrients such as magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc and copper.
Highly energetic product, it contains the main micronutrients essential for protein synthesis, energy metabolism, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, muscle function and protection from oxidative stress.
DIRECTIONS: it is ready for use: a sprinkling raw in the salad, in variable proportions in the doughs of bread, pasta, crêpes and pancakes or as a thickener for soups and veloutées or to cream pasta and risotto. Also try it on yogurt, muesli and drinks to enrich your breakfast with energy.
