Saracenum Protein Booster - Germe di Grano Saraceno is a protein and natural sprint for your dough! Organic, from Italian agriculture and stone ground, gluten free.
Buckwheat is extracted by stone grinding of the grain, of which it contains the best properties. It contains all 9 essential amino acids and micronutrients, a high fiber content and the main micronutrients such as phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, copper and zinc.
Use it in bread, pasta, pizza, crêpes and pancakes doughs to give an extra boost to your baked goods!
Suggested use: Excellent for bread, pizza, puff pastry and dough.
Try the recipe: 500 g of type 2 flour, yeast, 370 ml of water, 1/2 spoonful of malt or honey, 1 spoonful of oil, 1 pinch of salt.
