Most dietary proteins of animal origin, including egg protein, can be considered as such high quality protein. Egg white protein is one of the first popular and complete protein supplements used by bodybuilders with great success. ragazzi... il gusto e' sempre una cosa soggettiva quindi va considerato in maniera relativa. cio che ci importa e' la solubilita del prodotto e la sua efficacia. io le ho usate un po e sinceramente non mi piacciono per nulla. a parte il gusto, che mi faceva quasi sboccare, mi facevano dei grumi assurdi, mai visto in vita mia un prodotto del genere. sono da frullare veramente.... io, ve le sconsiglio. ciao ciao!! NO PAIN NO GAIN

sapore forse un pò troppo dolce ma accettabile, sono meno pesanti delle egg della optimum e fanno qualche grumo ma preparandole un oretta prima e mettendole al fresco in frigo si sciolgono del tutto...
