Protein Pancake is an ingenious powdered preparation that allows you to quickly prepare the best and most nutritious pancakes, ideal for breakfast.

This product is made with different Protein and natural oats, so each serving of pancakes offers a respectable nutritional supply.
 
DIRECTIONS: Mix one scoop (37 g = 2.5 tablespoons = 1 scoop) with 100 ml of water or skimmed milk.

Shake or mix vigorously until you have a traditional pancake batter.

Then put in a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (1-2 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the batter). Experiment with the thickness of the batter, the size of the pancakes, and the cooking times to get the pancakes you want.

Once prepared, keep them in the refrigerator and consume them within 1 day!
