Magnesium and Potassium are very important Mineral Salts for our body; in fact, a lack of them can lead to excessive fatigue, muscular pains and mood swings.
A Magnesium and Potassium supplement is recommended when a reduced nutritional intake and/or increased demand for these nutrients is present, particularly during physical activity, periods of stress or intense perspiration.

Vitavit® Magnesium and Potassium is a Mineral Salt, Magnesium and Potassium-based food supplement with Vitamin B6 and Taurine. A proper supplement containing Magnesium and Potassium contributes to normal muscular and nervous system function.
Moreover, Vitamin B6 promotes normal psychological function and contributes to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium shares these properties and also promotes a normal energy metabolism and psychological electrolyte balance.

RECOMMENDATION: we recommend taking a maximum of 1-2 sachets per day, preferably in the morning.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 100 ml (half glass of water), stir until fully dissolved.
