Energy Metabolism: Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12 and C, magnesium and iron contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Reduction of Tiredness: Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and C, magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Cognitive Function: Iron contributes to normal cognitive function.

Immune System: Zinc and vitamins C and D contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
