Energen Gel is an energy gel with a high percentage of complex carbohydrates, capable of providing energy quickly; branched chain amino acids and carnitine which help to make the energy metabolism more efficient under stress and caffeine to reduce the sense of fatigue.

Carbohydrate loading improves performance in endurance competitions and sports characterized by sudden and powerful sprints such as cycling, running, soccer, rugby, hockey, triathlon.

In these sports, liquid snacks with high energy density are useful, easy to carry and to take in order to delay the onset of fatigue.
 
DIRECTIONS: 1 - 4 sachets per day.

Take 1 sachet every 30-60 minutes, even with other liquids, during intense and prolonged efforts.

Per greater effectiveness, it is recommended to take it in the second half of training or competition.
