Dietary supplement

Very high protein food supplement (97%) included in the register of the Italian Ministry of Health, indicated in all cases of increase in protein requirements or reduced protein synthesis, such as:

  • sport with intense muscolar effort.
  • maintenance of lean mass as part of diets for the control and reduction of weight.

The proteins of MIRABOL WHEY provide all the indispensable amino acids and others with important physiological functions:

  • arginine and glycine are the main precursors for the synthesis of creatine. ARGININE activates the mechanisms of elimination of ammonia derived from protein metabolism in the liver, promotes the synthesis of pancreatic insulin, and that of nitric oxide that regulates blood pressure. GLYCINE is the major constituent of collagen of skin and joints.
  • the branched chain amino acids (BCAA) valine, isoleucine and leucine represent almost half of the total requirement of essential amino acids in the diet.
  • glutamine is a powerful energy cell substrate.

RECOMMENDATION: 1-3 scoops (10-30 g) per day. Mix about 30 g of powder in a shaker with two glass (200 ml) of liquid (water, milk, yogurt, fruit smoothies) for a few seconds. Use a ice cream machine to get a delicious professional ice cream.
